We are sad to announce that, as of December 2025, Bristol EnharmoniQ has come to a close.
Thank you to all those who supported us during the past two years.
At the Hand in Hand Festival at the Bristol Beacon in summer 2024, we were especially proud to give a space to those who had no choir home during very challenging times.
This website and our email address will remain active for a period into 2026. If needed, you can contact the former team via the link at the bottom of this page.
We sang a whole range of music, including pop, folk, classical and musical. Some songs were familiar and others were brand-new. Some songs were challenging and others we remuch easier. We sang in harmony – sometimes three parts, sometimes more, all singing together.
Two musical notes that are the same, but different letters and names, are called "enharmonic". We also have different letters and names, and are sometimes different, sometimes the same, but together we create something stronger than each of us alone: the harmonious sound that is the power of combined human tone. We are also queer and proudly use a Q for the letters we comprise - L, G, B, T, Q or otherwise:
we were Bristol EnharmoniQ.
